Why The Physio Room?

The Physio Room specializes in physiotherapy treatment for both acute and chronic injuries, as well as prehabilitation - helping you out before you're hurt!

We use a neurofunctional approach, which means we look at the whole body as a system to find the root cause of your injury.

At The Physio Room our approach is to have longer, dedicated appointments to allow for focused time with our therapists. We look forward to any questions so don’t be afraid to contact us today!

(I currently operate out of Active Therapy Solutions & our staff will be able to book you in with me!)

There's a treatment for that.

Our modern treatment applies to a wide range of injuries - from getting you back on your feet after a small injury to long-term healing for serious conditions.

The Physio Room Acute Injury

Chronic pain is complex, so a full body assessment is carried out to find the root causes to be efficient and effective in treatment for long term results. The body does not work in isolated parts, so if you’ve had chronic pain, a neurofunctional (full system) approach is an effective way to heal.

The Physio Room Physio

Those with acute (recent) injuries will be assessed and treated not only locally (where the injury is) but also taking into account the body as a system to heal you effectively. This method also uncovers predisposing factors to help prevent future recurrence of those injuries.

Physiotherapy is not just for when you are hurt! Assessing the body’s efficiency as a whole can hone in on problem areas before they become an acute injury. In addition when your body’s working in unison, performance and strength are optimized. This is applicable to anyone, not just athletes. We can help you to prevent the final “straw from breaking the camel’s back”!
